🛒 Ordering
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us at technosmarttraders.usa@gmail.com.

3. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—we currently ship within the United States only. We plan to expand soon!
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received one after 72 hours, contact us.
📦 Returns & Refunds
6. What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most unused items in their original packaging. Some items (like food or grooming products) may be non-returnable for safety reasons. View our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number—we’ll make it right ASAP.

10. How do I know if a product is in stock?
If you can add it to your cart, it’s available! Inventory is updated regularly, but if an item is sold out after your purchase, we’ll notify you right away.

Yes! We offer a growing selection of eco-conscious, natural, and organic pet items. Look for these tags in product descriptions.
