Returns & Refunds

At Techno Smart Traders, your satisfaction—and your pet’s happiness—mean everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

  • The product is not on our non-returnable list (see below)


2. Non-Returnable Items

To protect the health and safety of all our customers and pets, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food and treats

  • Perishable goods (e.g. raw/frozen items)

  • Personal care or grooming items that have been opened

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Customized or personalized items

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will make it right—see Section 4 below.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at technosmarttraders.usa@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We may request a photo and a brief description of the issue.

If confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless due to our error

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us first to confirm availability. We’ll hold the replacement until we receive your original item.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at technosmarttraders.usa@gmail.com
