Shipping Policy

At Techno Smart Traders, we work hard to deliver your pet supplies quickly, reliably, and affordably—because we know your furry friend doesn’t like to wait! Please review our shipping policy for information about processing times, delivery options, and more.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the method selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within 72 hours, please contact us.


4. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:

  • Missing or delayed package? Contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.

  • Still unresolved? Email us at technosmarttraders.usa@gmail.com, and we’ll help investigate.

  • Damaged items? Please report within 3 days of delivery and include photos.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or natural events


5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories (unless special arrangements are made)

Some bulky or perishable items may have shipping limitations or require additional charges.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding our shipping zones in the near future.
